- • Software Engineer role focused on building the Global Sports Library (GSL), the backbone that connects identities, metadata, and game context across Hudl products, enabling consistent data understanding at scale.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and designers; delivering backend-heavy features for data pipelines and APIs; proposing solutions to complex technical challenges in entity resolution and data modeling; and building systems that power features used by coaches and athletes worldwide.

- • In this role, you’ll deepen expertise in scalable data infrastructure, distributed systems, and platform design while contributing to shared capabilities used across all Hudl products and sports domains.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least three years of engineering experience in backend-heavy or data-heavy environments
- • Experience with cloud-based systems and services, plus advocacy for TDD and CI/CD practices
- • Ability to navigate uncertainty and identify pragmatic solutions balancing quality and customer value
- • Collaborative, team-first mindset with willingness to engage in code reviews and support peers
- • Strong curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies and domains, especially across foundational stack layers
