- • Develop new web applications using Next.js, FastAPI, and Flask to support developer community initiatives.
- • Maintain existing Developer Relations applications deployed with Docker and Kubernetes.
- • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for Vultr Docs, including APIs, tutorials, and integration guides.
- • Document development workflows, deployment procedures, and maintenance protocols for internal and external use.
- • Collaborate with engineering teams to gather technical requirements and translate them into developer-facing resources.
- • Engage directly with the global developer community to understand pain points, gather feedback, and improve tooling and documentation.
- • Work in a fast-paced environment where contributions directly impact thousands of developers worldwide.
- • Ensure all technical content is clear, accurate, and accessible to developers of varying experience levels.
- • Translate complex cloud infrastructure concepts—such as Cloud Compute, Cloud GPU, Bare Metal, and Cloud Storage—into practical, actionable guidance.
- • Contribute to the evolution of Vultr’s developer experience by identifying gaps in documentation, tooling, and support resources.
- • Participate in cross-functional projects that align developer needs with product roadmap priorities.
- • Adhere to best practices in web development, containerization, and documentation standards.
- • Respond to community inquiries and contribute to forums, GitHub repositories, and other developer channels.
- • Stay current with industry trends in cloud infrastructure and developer tooling to inform content and application improvements.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong web development skills with Next.js and modern JavaScript frameworks
- • Experience with FastAPI and Flask for backend development
- • Proficiency with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes orchestration
- • Excellent technical writing and documentation abilities
- • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, developer-friendly content
- • Self-motivated approach to managing multiple projects and deadlines
