Software Engineer, Enablement

📋 Description

• • As a Software Engineer on the Enablement team at Aurora Solar, you will build and evolve the foundational platform that supports core software systems, enabling accurate and scalable modeling of complex energy usage and utility rates across domestic and international markets.
• • Day to day, you will develop internal tools, infrastructure, and automation to increase engineering velocity and platform reliability, contribute to technical discussions, support critical service health including on-call rotation participation, and help build greenfield infrastructure for battery storage and whole-home electrification features.
• • The Enablement Engineering team builds platforms and infrastructure that power everything Aurora ships, accelerating product development by making complex energy modeling accurate, scalable, and reliable. The team is collaborative, inclusive, and invested in mutual growth, valuing clear communication and thoughtful problem-solving.
• • In this role, you will grow your skills in system design and architecture, deepen ownership over time, contribute to platform quality at scale, and gain experience enabling product teams to deliver faster while working on meaningful technology that supports the global transition to solar energy.
