- • Build internal enterprise applications for operations across Finance, People, and GTM teams using AI-native architectures
- • Design and implement MCP connectors that enable secure, authenticated, and idempotent integrations with enterprise systems
- • Develop multi-agent orchestration workflows with tool routing, human approval gates, audit trails, and well-defined safety boundaries for automated actions
- • Architect data pipelines for operational AI systems, including ingestion, schema design, quality validation, lineage tracking, and governance controls
- • Create evals, monitoring dashboards, metrics, and regression tests to validate performance, stability, and drift in agentic workflows
- • Engineer reusable infrastructure components, patterns, and libraries that enterprise teams can leverage to build their own AI-powered tools
- • Partner closely with system owners and business stakeholders to transform ambiguous, manual enterprise workflows into reliable, scalable internal products
- • Implement robust permission models, rate-limiting, retry logic, and error handling in enterprise-facing APIs and integration layers
- • Apply RAG, structured outputs, and tool-use techniques to enhance the reliability and accuracy of AI-driven operational workflows
- • Ensure all AI systems adhere to compliance requirements, auditability standards, and enterprise security protocols
- • Maintain high standards for system reliability, scalability, and observability in production-grade internal platforms
- • Collaborate across engineering, product, and business units to align technical solutions with operational needs and risk controls
- • Continuously improve platform capabilities by incorporating feedback from end-users and iterating on system design based on real-world usage
- • Document architecture decisions, integration patterns, and operational runbooks for cross-team adoption and knowledge sharing
- • Contribute to the design of governance frameworks that ensure responsible and transparent use of AI in enterprise contexts
- • Prioritize security, privacy, and data integrity in all aspects of platform development and deployment
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong Python engineering skills for backend services, MCP connectors, agent/tool workflows, eval harnesses, and data ingestion jobs
- • Strong system design skills across shared infrastructure, app architecture, reliability, and scaling
- • Experience building internal apps, backend services, APIs, workflow systems, or integration platforms
- • Understanding of enterprise systems including controls, approvals, auditability, compliance, and permissions
- • Practical AI systems experience with RAG, evals, monitoring, MCP/tool use, structured outputs, or multi-agent workflows
- • Strong data architecture fundamentals, including ingestion, modeling, quality, lineage, and governance
