📋 Description
- • As a Software Engineer (frontend-biased) at HiPeople Official, you will play a critical role in accelerating the development of AI-powered hiring tools used by global recruiting teams, directly contributing to the company’s mission of enabling hiring teams to focus on people by automating screening, interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
- • Day to day, you will turn rough ideas into polished, end-to-end user experiences using React, TypeScript, and Redux; ship code multiple times a day in one-week sprints; collaborate with product and design teams to solve user problems; engage with users to uncover core needs; improve code quality and standards; and extend the automated test suite with Playwright in a CI-driven environment focused on cycle time and PR velocity.
- • HiPeople is an extremely lean, high-impact team of fewer than 20 people aiming to reach $10M ARR, backed by prominent investors and serving world-class clients like the NFL, Zapier, Celonis, and DAZN. Every engineer has direct exposure to founders and real ownership from day one, where individual contributions materially shape the company’s trajectory.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in modern frontend development, high-velocity product shipping, user-centered design collaboration, and quality-focused engineering practices — all while working on meaningful AI products that impact hiring decisions at scale.
