- • Thatch Health Inc. is rewiring how health benefits work by building software that powers employer-funded coverage and gives employees real control over their benefits. As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will own broad product surfaces from concept to production, building systems that impact real money and real healthcare decisions—where correctness, reliability, and user experience are equally critical.
- • Day to day, you will take ownership of meaningful product areas from idea through production, ship quickly without sacrificing correctness or maintainability, contribute across the stack from user-facing interfaces to backend services, translate user and business needs into pragmatic technical solutions, uphold high standards for code quality and system design, and assume responsibility for production systems including reliability, debugging, and continuous improvement.
- • Thatch organizes engineering around the people they serve—members, employers, and partners—so teams own end-to-end experiences and ship with speed and accountability. The company is a fully distributed, early-stage team focused on changing how America does healthcare, valuing trust, ownership, empathy, clarity, and quality over shortcuts.
