📋 Description

• As a Full Stack Engineer on the Product Engagement team at Thatch Health Inc., you will play a critical role in shaping how employees and employers experience health benefits through intuitive, high-impact software. Your work will directly influence user activation, onboarding, and enrollment flows—key moments that determine long-term engagement with Thatch’s platform.
• Day to day, you will own and improve core product flows related to onboarding, activation, and enrollment; build and ship full stack features from backend services to user-facing interfaces; instrument product surfaces to understand user behavior and identify improvement opportunities; design, test, and iterate on changes that improve conversion; collaborate closely with product, design, and cross-functional partners to ship solutions; and contribute to systems that support engagement and lifecycle messaging.
• Thatch is a fully distributed, early-stage company rewiring how health benefits work by giving employees real control over their benefits. The team is happy, friendly, and high-velocity, operating with trust, ownership, and empathy while valuing clarity over ceremony and quality over shortcuts. You’ll join a mission-driven engineering culture focused on shipping early, learning from real usage, and iterating quickly.
• In this role, you will deepen your full stack expertise in Ruby on Rails, React, and TailwindCSS while gaining hands-on experience with analytics and messaging tools like Mixpanel, Segment, and Braze. You’ll sharpen your product judgment, learn to reason about user behavior using data, and grow your ability to own features end-to-end in a fast-paced, high-growth environment—positioning you for greater impact and leadership in product engineering.
