📋 Description

• • Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure generative AI services and applications using Python and modern frameworks to drive enterprise-wide transformation
• • Build and optimize high-performance, low-latency APIs and microservices for integrating advanced AI models and agentic workflows into the platform
• • Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate complex business needs into innovative AI solutions from concept to production
• • Implement and maintain responsive user interfaces (primarily focused on backend enablement, with some frontend interaction) using React and TypeScript to deliver intuitive user experiences
• • Partner with DevOps teams to build continuous deployment pipelines, logging, and monitoring systems to ensure top-tier performance and reliability
• • Own key architectural components, ensuring best practices in code quality, security, and maintainability through rigorous testing and peer reviews
• • Leverage large language models (LLMs), vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector), and modern open-source agentic frameworks to power enterprise-grade AI applications
• • Develop and deploy AI-powered solutions grounded in company-specific data, enabling enterprises like Mars, Marriott, Uber, and Vanguard to transform their operations
• • Work within a hybrid environment based in San Francisco, New York City, or London, reporting to an engineering director or senior engineering manager
• • Apply deep expertise in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, including containerization with Docker and Kubernetes
• • Utilize modern web technologies including FastAPI and Asyncio to enhance system responsiveness and scalability
• • Maintain and extend database systems such as PostgreSQL to support AI-driven data workflows
• • Demonstrate a "Connect" mindset by actively engaging with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior engineers

• • Support enterprise transformation initiatives by enabling IT and business teams to collaborate effectively through AI-powered tools
• • Participate in company-wide off-sites and team off-sites as part of ongoing team alignment and innovation efforts
• • Engage with engineering teams across global hubs in San Francisco, New York City, Austin, Chicago, and London to align on platform development goals
