📋 Description

• • As a Software Engineer specializing in Go at Paddle, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the company's payment infrastructure, which serves as a Merchant of Record for thousands of software sellers globally, processing hundreds of millions of dollars monthly.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include contributing high-quality Go code to both existing and new services, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Data/Analytics, Infosec, Platform, Risk, Finance, and product teams, building features from concept through rollout, improving system reliability and performance, and taking ownership of your code from development to production monitoring and AWS infrastructure optimization.
• • You will join a small, innovative engineering team within a financially critical system that values initiative, creative problem-solving, and end-to-end ownership, working alongside engineers, product designers, data analysts, and legal/finance experts to drive real impact in a complex, high-scale environment.
