- • As a Software Engineer - Growth at Lawhive Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s customer acquisition and conversion in the US market by building and optimizing client-facing websites and funnels on lawhive.com, directly contributing to the mission of making legal services accessible through AI-native innovation.
- • You will collaborate daily with designers, product managers, copywriters, and engineers to deliver end-to-end growth initiatives, including user research, content management, A/B testing, analytics, deployment, and production monitoring, ensuring high-quality, experimental, and data-driven development.
- • You will work within a high-impact engineering team of 40 engineers and researchers at Lawhive Labs, the company’s frontier innovation hub, where you’ll help push the boundaries of human/AI interaction in legal tech and build a globally scalable, country-independent platform.
- • You will gain deep expertise in modern full-stack web development using TypeScript, React, Vercel, Sanity CMS, Posthog, and AWS, while shaping the user experience of a rapidly growing AI-powered legal platform backed by top-tier investors like Google Ventures and Balderton Capital.
- • You will develop ownership and ambiguity tolerance by taking end-to-end responsibility for growth experiments and funnel optimization, learning how to balance rapid iteration with production reliability in a fast-scaling startup environment.
- • You will enhance your skills in analytics-driven product decisions, gaining hands-on experience with Posthog and A/B testing frameworks to measure and improve conversion funnels, directly impacting customer acquisition and revenue growth in the US and beyond.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong experience with TypeScript and React for building customer-facing websites and conversion funnels on the web
- • Proven experience with analytics tools (e.g., Posthog) and running A/B experiments to drive growth and optimization
- • Experience deploying and maintaining services in production, including incident response and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, AWS)
- • High attention to detail and a strong appreciation for great design in user interfaces and user experiences
- • Comfortable working with ambiguity and taking ownership to bring clarity to ambiguous problems in a fast-paced, experimental environment
