📋 Description

• • As a Senior Software Engineer on the Growth team at Monarch Money, you will play a key role in expanding the company’s reach by driving user acquisition, activation, and retention through technical execution of growth initiatives.
• • You will collaborate and mentor engineers while remaining hands-on, design and implement systems for A/B testing and rapid experimentation, analyze user behavior to inform technical decisions, and balance technical debt with feature development to ensure sustainable growth.
• • Monarch Money is a fully remote, hyper-growth personal finance platform founded in 2021, dedicated to simplifying finances and helping users achieve their financial goals through a product-led, feedback-driven culture.
