- • Join Axon and be a Force for Good. As a Software Engineer I in Forensic Intelligence, you will build capabilities that enable public safety agencies to investigate and analyze video evidence stored in Evidence.com, directly supporting Axon’s mission to Protect Life and Preserve Truth.
- • Day to day, you will develop features across forensic playback, investigation tooling, media processing pipelines, and video format R&D; collaborate with Product Managers to translate customer needs into technical requirements; contribute to system quality through code reviews, test automation, and engineering best practices; work across the stack to learn new technologies; participate in operational ownership including on-call support; and collaborate with engineers across London, Seattle, and Ho Chi Minh City to deliver tools used by hundreds of thousands of public safety professionals globally.
- • You will join a mission-driven team at Axon Enterprise, Inc., a company dedicated to solving society’s most critical safety and justice issues through an integrated ecosystem of devices and cloud software. The London-based team operates on a hybrid schedule (Tuesdays–Fridays in-office, Mondays remote) to foster collaboration, mentorship, and innovation in a fast-paced, meaningful environment where ownership and real impact are expected.
- • In this role, you will grow rapidly by working across a technically diverse domain, gaining expertise in media processing, forensic analysis tools, and video formats under the mentorship of senior engineers. You will develop full-stack engineering skills, deepen your ability to navigate ambiguity and take ownership, and contribute to systems that have tangible real-world impact on public safety and justice outcomes.
