📋 Description

• Design and develop the overall structure of software systems and applications to meet business needs, both in the cloud and on-premises.
• Provide ongoing guidance on business domain knowledge and product architecture to development teams.
• Utilize tools and methodologies to create functional representations and user interfaces for desired products.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform, presenting insights to senior team members.
• Ensure the security, performance, manageability, quality, and consistency of the software architecture across the system, offering technical guidance to development teams.
• Conduct research, gather information, interpret data, identify requirements, and develop effective solutions.
• Participate in the full software development life cycle, including requirements analysis and design.
• Develop, document, test, deploy, monitor, and debug both new and existing software systems and applications.
• Act as a technical expert on development projects, contributing to architectural decisions and code reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Apply established guidelines to determine courses of action, modifying processes and methods as necessary.
• Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to identify appropriate technical actions.
• Build productive internal and external working relationships through strong interpersonal skills.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment, asking good questions and resolving mutual problems.
• Utilize version control systems, specifically Git, for code management and collaboration.
• Apply Agile/Scrum concepts in daily development workflows.
• Leverage AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot to enhance productivity and code quality.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development practices and platform standards.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform tool and process recommendations.
• Support the development of secure, scalable, and high-performance software solutions in fintech or finance-related domains.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and implement robust, maintainable codebases.
• Participate in peer reviews, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Document technical designs, APIs, and system behaviors to ensure knowledge sharing and onboarding efficiency.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes with minimal disruption to users.
• Collaborate with QA engineers to define test cases and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Stay aligned with organizational goals by understanding the business context of the software being developed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2-4 years of relevant experience, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in version control using Git.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to design, develop, test, deploy, and debug software systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Genuine passion for software development and a curiosity to continuously learn.
