- • As a Software Engineer II specializing in 3D/CAD at Dandy Technology, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in modernizing the $200B dental industry by building the web-based 3D toolset that powers internal design workflows for patient-matched restorations, directly enabling clinicians to deliver higher-quality care through innovative technology.
- • You will develop, maintain, and optimize the frontend architecture of Dandy’s web applications using TypeScript, React, and THREE.js to deliver high-performance, responsive 3D rendering and interaction experiences, ensuring seamless integration with backend services and C++/WASM components while advocating for code quality, security, and rendering performance across the team.
- • You will collaborate closely with CAD and backend engineers to bridge frontend 3D tools with backend APIs, focusing on efficient data fetching, state management, and visualization of complex 3D data payloads, solving intricate technical challenges related to cross-browser compatibility, rendering performance, and real-time interaction fidelity.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on frontend web development using TypeScript and React.
- • Proven experience building and optimizing 3D applications using libraries like THREE.js, Babylon.js, or direct WebGL.
- • Deep understanding of modern frontend technologies, state management (e.g., Redux), and performance optimization techniques.
- • Self-motivated and self-managing, with excellent organizational skills and ability to thrive in a remote-first organization.
- • Strong team player with high initiative and effective communication skills around risks and trade-offs.
