📋 Description

• • As a Software Engineer III (AI/ML) at Guidewire Software, Inc., you will design and deliver intelligent, next-generation services and solutions powered by cutting-edge AI innovation, directly contributing to the company’s mission of transforming how property and casualty insurers modernize and thrive through AI-driven platforms.
• • Day to day, you will design, build, and maintain scalable microservices and APIs for AI capabilities; develop Generative AI pipelines using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and MCP; collaborate with ML engineers to integrate models from OpenAI and Anthropic; design and deploy ML models for predictive insights and automation; implement MCP servers for LLM tool orchestration; ensure model accuracy through continuous evaluation and retraining; align AI components with enterprise security and performance standards; and participate in architecture reviews to define safe, compliant model–tool interactions.
• • You will join Guidewire’s highly collaborative Solution Engineering and Operations team, part of a global leader in cloud-based platforms for P&C insurers, where innovation, inclusion, and customer success are central to the culture, and where over 540+ insurers in 40 countries rely on Guidewire’s platform to modernize their operations.
