📋 Description
- • As a Software Engineer, Integrations at Scan.com, you will architect and build the systems that make demand-side connections robust, observable, and extensible, playing a critical role in connecting modern EHR APIs, third-party referral networks, and portal integrations with legacy healthcare systems.
- • Day to day, you will build and maintain integration connectors for modern and legacy EHR systems, architect fault-tolerant message queuing and delivery infrastructure for HL7 and API traffic, build REST API integrations with third-party platforms, and own the observability layer for integration infrastructure including structured logging, alerting, and dashboards.
- • Scan.com is a digital health scale-up making diagnostics accessible, fast, and transparent, with a mission to speed up diagnoses for timely treatments and improve healthcare outcomes for hundreds of patients daily, backed by over $100M in VC funding, profitability, and over 100% YoY growth.
- • In this role, you can achieve deep domain ownership of integration workflows, drive resilience uplift by reducing operational escalations, design scalable transformation architectures for easy onboarding, establish production observability with clear SLAs, and ship meaningful capability that increases referral volume, improves connection optionality, and enhances operational efficiency.
