📋 Description

• • As a Software Engineer, Integrations at Scan.com, you will architect and build the systems that make connections robust, observable, and extensible between legacy healthcare systems and modern EHR APIs, directly enabling faster diagnoses and improved patient outcomes.
• • Day to day, you will design and implement HL7 v2 transformation pipelines, build integration connectors for legacy RIS systems, architect fault-tolerant message queuing infrastructure, develop EHR and third-party API integrations, and own the observability layer for integration infrastructure including logging, alerting, and dashboards.
• • Scan.com is a digital health scale-up that has raised over $100M in VC funding, achieved profitability, and maintains over 100% YoY growth by making diagnostics accessible through a B2C marketplace for scan bookings and B2B platforms that streamline workflows for providers using AI and live scheduling.
• • In this role, you can achieve deep domain ownership of integration workflows, drive measurable resilience uplift in HL7 pipelines, design scalable transformation architectures for vendor onboarding, implement production observability with clear SLAs, and ship at least two significant integration improvements that enhance connection optionality, operational efficiency, or error rates in your first year.
