- • Actively ship production code for the Speechify iOS application, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and performant features.
- • Work within a dedicated product team to collaborate on feature development, technical design, and user experience improvements.
- • Participate in product discussions to shape the roadmap, influencing direction through technical insight and customer-focused thinking.
- • Maintain and enhance the existing complex iOS app architecture, ensuring long-term stability and extensibility.
- • Build user experiences that delight millions of users, including individuals with learning differences such as Dyslexia, ADD, Low Vision, Concussions, Autism, and Second Language Learners.
- • Contribute to a fast-paced, remote, and asynchronous environment where speed, focus, and execution are critical to growth.
- • Drive product thinking by making thoughtful decisions about feature evolution and aligning with designers and internal teams on optimal solutions.
- • Balance rapid iteration with technical excellence, knowing when to ship quickly and when to invest in foundational improvements.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proficiency in Swift programming language
- • Experience with SwiftUI for building iOS user interfaces
- • Proven experience building and scaling iOS apps to a large user base
- • Strong understanding of multithreading programming in iOS
- • Experience working with CI/CD infrastructure and Fastlane for automated deployments
- • Demonstrated ability to apply SOLID principles to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
