- • Actively ship production code for the Speechify iOS application, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software delivery.
- • Work within a dedicated product team to collaborate on feature development, technical design, and user experience improvements.
- • Participate in product discussions to shape the roadmap, influencing direction through technical insight and customer-focused thinking.
- • Maintain and enhance the existing complex iOS app architecture, ensuring stability and performance as the user base grows.
- • Build and refine user experiences that delight millions of users, including individuals with learning differences such as Dyslexia, ADD, Low Vision, Concussions, Autism, and Second Language Learners.
- • Contribute to a fast-paced, 100% distributed engineering environment with a flat organizational structure where leadership is earned through technical excellence and consistent delivery.
- • Drive product thinking by making thoughtful decisions about feature evolution and aligning with designers and internal teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
- • Operate with speed and focus, balancing rapid iteration with strategic prioritization in a high-growth startup setting.
- • Engage in a rigorous technical interview process designed to be completed within one week, emphasizing real-world coding and architectural problem-solving.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proficiency in Swift programming language
- • Experience with SwiftUI for building iOS user interfaces
- • Proven experience building and scaling iOS applications to a large user base
- • Experience with multithreaded programming in iOS
- • Experience working with CI/CD infrastructure and Fastlane for automated builds and deployments
- • Strong understanding of SOLID principles and ability to apply them to all classes in the codebase
