- • Lead key engineering and product decisions for the Speechify iOS app, which is ranked #18 in the App Store Productivity category and recipient of Apple’s 2025 Design Award for Inclusivity.
- • Actively ship production code for the iOS application, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and performant features that serve over 50 million users.
- • Work within a dedicated product team to design, implement, and iterate on core product functionality aligned with user needs and business goals.
- • Participate in product discussions to shape the roadmap, influencing direction through technical insight and customer-centric thinking.
- • Maintain and enhance the existing complex iOS app architecture using modern, maintainable patterns and best practices.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, backend engineers, and AI researchers to deliver seamless user experiences across platforms.
- • Optimize app performance, stability, and accessibility for users with learning differences including Dyslexia, ADD, Low Vision, Concussions, Autism, and Second Language Learners.
- • Implement and refine CI/CD pipelines using Fastlane to automate testing, signing, and deployment workflows.
- • Apply SOLID principles rigorously to ensure every class is designed for extensibility, testability, and maintainability.
- • Utilize Swift and SwiftUI to build intuitive, responsive, and visually cohesive user interfaces that delight users and align with Apple’s design standards.
- • Manage multithreaded programming tasks to ensure smooth app performance under high load and complex audio processing scenarios.
- • Leverage Git with established branching and collaboration strategies to coordinate code changes across a distributed, high-growth team.
- • Work in a fully remote, asynchronous environment with a flat organizational structure where leadership is earned through technical excellence and consistent delivery.
- • Receive direct user feedback from individuals whose lives have been transformed by the product, including stories of emotional impact and improved accessibility.
- • Contribute to a product at the intersection of artificial intelligence and audio technology, one of the fastest-growing sectors in tech.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proficiency in Swift programming language
