📋 Description
- • As a Software Engineer at Kong, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining Kong’s Gateway Operator and Ingress Controller, which are critical components enabling secure, high-performance API connectivity for modern cloud-native architectures.
- • Day to day, you will contribute to feature development, write readable and tested Golang code, participate in peer reviews, debug issues in the codebase, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage with the open-source community under senior guidance.
- • Kong is a leader in API and AI connectivity, trusted by Fortune 500 companies and startups, building the infrastructure for the agentic era through its Kong Konnect platform that secures, manages, and monetizes API and AI flows globally.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in cloud-native technologies, distributed systems, and Golang, while growing your skills in Kubernetes, API gateways, and open-source collaboration within a high-impact, innovative engineering team.
