📋 Description

• Software Engineer - Marketing Operations role focused on building and maintaining the corporate website and digital initiatives at the intersection of technology and marketing.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include owning website development and maintenance using headless CMS, implementing new features for marketing initiatives, upholding code quality and performance standards, providing technical support to CMS users, collaborating with stakeholders, contributing to architectural decisions, and participating in agile team practices.
• Part of the Marketing Operations team at Safeguard Global, a company enabling global expansion without risk for over 2,000 organizations across 187 countries, with a remote-first culture and values centered on caring, accountability, integrity, disruption, passion, and fun.
• Opportunity to work with modern web technologies (Strapi, Astro, JavaScript/TypeScript), improve technical SEO and accessibility, influence customer experience globally, grow technical skills, and contribute to architectural decisions in a collaborative, innovative environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience building frontend applications with headless CMS architectures
• Working knowledge of Strapi and its integration patterns
• Experience with Astro for building fast, content-focused websites
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Deep knowledge of SEO optimization, ADA/WCAG accessibility standards, and web performance optimization
