📋 Description
- • Software Engineer (Mid-Level) at BespokeLabs Inc., a remote role focused on building datasets, benchmarks, and evaluation infrastructure for frontier AI models.
- • Own meaningful technical work end-to-end — from design through deployment; build and maintain backend services, APIs, and data pipelines; collaborate with researchers and ML engineers to ship high-impact features; contribute to architectural decisions; write clean, well-tested, well-documented code; debug and resolve issues across complex distributed systems; participate in code reviews and help raise the technical bar.
- • Join a small, fast-moving team of AI researchers and engineers trusted by top AI labs, with research accepted at venues like ICLR 2026, where your work directly impacts how next-generation AI is built.
- • Gain deep exposure to AI infrastructure, contribute to high-impact technical decisions, and grow your expertise in backend systems, data pipelines, or ML tooling while working alongside leading AI research teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience
- • Strong foundations in your core domain — backend, data, ML tooling, or full-stack
- • Proficiency in Python and fluency in at least one additional language (TypeScript, Go, Rust, SQL, etc.)
- • Experience working in production environments with real users
- • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to operate autonomously
- • Strong communication skills and collaborative working style
