- • Drive end-to-end implementation of features that directly impact solopreneur financial outcomes, owning projects from design to launch.
- • Integrate and leverage AI tools such as Generative AI and LLMs to build intuitive, automated user experiences that achieve non-linear scalability.
- • Contribute across the full stack using Python/Django for backend systems and React/TypeScript for frontend interfaces to develop core platform features and automate manual financial workflows.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Design teams to translate business requirements into high-impact, user-centered product experiences.
- • Actively participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and planning sessions to elevate engineering practices and help shape the technical foundation as the platform scales.
- • Learn rapidly from senior engineers, consistently developing expertise and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-growth engineering environment.
- • Build and scale systems that replace manual financial processes for self-employed individuals and small businesses across the U.S.
- • Work on financial products with direct, measurable impact on the financial independence of customers, including tax savings, bookkeeping, and accounting automation.
- • Engage in iterative development cycles, shipping fast while maintaining code quality and system reliability.

🎯 Requirements
- • 0–2 years of experience with a degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
- • Proficiency in a core programming language and experience building real projects or contributing to team-based development.
- • Familiarity with modern web technologies through internships or academic projects.
- • Based in the Bay Area and committed to a hybrid schedule (3 days/week onsite in SF).
- • Eagerness to explore and apply new technologies, including Generative AI and LLMs, to solve complex challenges and automate financial workflows.
