• As a Software Engineer, New Grad at Notion, you will help shape core user experiences and accelerate how people discover value in Notion by building features used by millions.
• You will work on planning, implementing, and maintaining new product features, improving performance and reliability, and building internal tools to support team productivity.
• You’ll join a collaborative, in-person-focused culture where Anchor Days (Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays) require office presence, working alongside experts in design, product, and data to shape the future of work.
• You will gain ownership of meaningful projects, develop impact-driven engineering skills, and grow through cross-functional collaboration while solving real user problems with technologies like TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
