- • As a Software Engineer, New Grad (AI) at Notion, you will help shape core user experiences and accelerate how people discover value in Notion by working on cutting-edge AI-powered features that leverage LLMs, embeddings, and other AI technologies to make the product more intelligent and capable.
- • Day to day, you will prototype and ship AI-powered product improvements, own scoped productionization projects such as integrating new models into workflows with monitoring and guardrails, and contribute to evaluation and iteration loops by building evaluation sets, running experiments, and translating results into product or system changes.
- • Notion is a company that provides an all-in-one workspace connecting docs, notes, projects, calendar, and email with AI built in, used by millions including teams at Toyota, Figma, and OpenAI, and emphasizes in-person collaboration on Anchor Days (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays) as essential to its culture.
- • In this role, you will gain hands-on experience with AI product engineering, model and systems engineering, or evaluation and quality, working alongside experts in design, product, and data to take ownership of meaningful projects, make technical decisions, and contribute to Notion’s product vision while developing skills in prototyping, problem-solving, communication, and user-focused impact.
