📋 Description

• • As a Staff+ Software Engineer on the Platform team at ConductorOne Inc., you will drive high-impact, complex projects that improve the scalability, reliability, and developer experience of the platform powering the AI-native identity security product and next-generation AI-driven development platform.
• • You will plan and execute large-scale initiatives with incremental deliverables, contribute to architectural decisions, assess technical risks, and communicate tradeoffs across teams while maintaining high code quality and mentoring engineers.
• • ConductorOne Inc. (C1) is building the first AI-native identity security platform that protects human, non-human, and AI identities, trusted by enterprises like DigitalOcean, Instacart, Ramp, and Zscaler, with a focus on automation, fine-grained access controls, and just-in-time access.
• • In this role, you will grow as a technical leader by influencing cross-team outcomes, shaping customer-facing capabilities through platform investments, and mastering the balance between feature velocity and technical debt in a fast-paced, AI-augmented engineering environment.
