📋 Description

• • As a Senior Software Engineer on the Hello Rasa team, you will be a core builder shaping the interactive developer playground that enables engineers to prototype AI agents powered by CALM in minutes, driving architecture decisions and owning features end-to-end without maintenance responsibilities.
• • You will lead technical design for major features, collaborate with product and design to identify problems early, break down ambiguous projects into clear milestones, and set standards for code quality through rigorous reviews and documentation while improving the tech stack including Python, Fly.io, Redis, RabbitMQ, Postgres, GitHub Actions, AWS, and Kubernetes.
• • You will join Team Swift, a cross-functional squad of 8 based in Serbia and Germany, working within Rasa’s Engineering organization in a product-led, iterative environment where close collaboration between engineering, design, and product drives weekly releases and continuous process improvement.
• • You will grow your impact by mentoring engineers, raising the team’s technical bar, translating complexity for non-technical stakeholders, and gaining deep experience in scalable distributed systems and product-driven development within a mission-driven AI company transforming human-organization interaction.
