• As a Software Engineer (Python + React) you will sit at the intersection of machine-learning research and consumer-grade product delivery. You will own end-to-end feature development for green-field modules that ingest terabytes of behavioral data, run real-time inference through our proprietary ML pipelines, and surface intuitive dashboards that non-technical stakeholders can’t live without. Your work will directly influence how millions of users interact with products from Google, Starbucks, and other household names.
• Architect and build scalable micro-services in Python (FastAPI, asyncio, Pydantic) that handle 10k+ requests per second with sub-100 ms latency. You will design event-driven systems on Kafka and Redis Streams, implement idempotent retry logic, and enforce zero-downtime blue-green deployments on Kubernetes clusters spanning AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Craft pixel-perfect, accessible React interfaces that turn complex AI outputs into delightful user experiences. Leverage hooks, context, React Query, and WebSockets to deliver live data visualizations that update in real time. Collaborate with UX researchers to run A/B tests that improve conversion rates by double-digit percentages.
• Partner with data scientists to productionize PyTorch and TensorFlow models. You will containerize models with NVIDIA Triton, optimize inference with ONNX, and expose REST/gRPC endpoints that meet stringent SLOs. Expect to profile GPU utilization, tune batch sizes, and implement adaptive caching strategies that cut cloud spend without sacrificing accuracy.
• Champion clean-code practices and rigorous test automation. Write unit, integration, and contract tests that achieve >90 % coverage. Participate in blameless post-mortems, drive adoption of pre-commit hooks, and mentor junior engineers through pair programming and architecture reviews.
• Contribute to our internal open-source culture. Publish reusable libraries, maintain public GitHub repos, and speak at global meetups. Your thought leadership will shape the technical direction of a company that has been quietly defining industry standards for a quarter century.
• Work 100 % remote from anywhere with a stable internet connection. We operate on a follow-the-sun model: code you push at 9 p.m. in Tokyo is reviewed by teammates in São Paulo before you wake up. 🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years shipping production-grade Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask) and React code that serves at least 1 M daily active users
• Solid grasp of relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) data modeling, plus experience tuning queries for sub-second response times
• Demonstrated ability to containerize services with Docker, orchestrate with Kubernetes, and automate CI/CD via GitHub Actions or ArgoCD
• Nice-to-have: hands-on experience optimizing GPU-accelerated ML inference (PyTorch, TensorRT, ONNX) and a track record of open-source contributions
