- • As a Software Engineer (Trading) at Phantom Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in building and enhancing the trading infrastructure that powers one of the world’s most widely used crypto wallets, directly impacting how tens of millions of users manage, spend, and grow their digital assets through a secure, intuitive, and seamless experience.
- • You will design, implement, and maintain APIs, data pipelines, and backend services that bridge blockchain ecosystems with Phantom’s user-facing platforms, enabling fast, reliable, and secure trading experiences across multiple chains including Solana, Ethereum, Polygon, and Bitcoin.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include owning feature development for Phantom’s web platforms — specifically the Phantom Extension and website — where you’ll write clean, scalable code to support new trading protocols, aggregators, and trade types while ensuring high performance and resilience.
- • You will lead initiatives to expand Phantom’s multi-chain support by integrating new blockchains and complementary infrastructure, collaborating with cross-functional teams to evaluate technical feasibility, define scope, and deliver production-ready solutions that align with the company’s vision of a unified crypto experience.
- • You will actively interface with end-users and third-party developers building on Phantom, gathering feedback, troubleshooting issues, and translating insights into product improvements that enhance usability and adoption across diverse user segments.
- • You will contribute to team growth and culture by mentoring peers, participating in hiring, and fostering an environment of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation where every hire raises the bar for the team.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- • 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience
- • Demonstrated interest in open and community-driven platforms
- • Nice-to-have: Experience working with trading systems
- • English language proficiency
