- • As a Software Engineer on the Trust team at Notion, you will play a critical role in safeguarding user data and maintaining the integrity of the platform as it scales to serve millions of users worldwide.
- • You will design and implement secure authentication systems, develop AI-powered tools to detect and mitigate threats such as phishing, spam, and account takeover, and build safeguards for Notion AI to ensure responsible and safe usage.
- • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Trust & Safety, Security, Legal, Product, and Data to embed privacy and security into the core of Notion’s product development lifecycle.
- • This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of AI safety and trust in a widely used productivity platform, gaining deep expertise in security engineering while contributing to a product used by individuals, startups, and global enterprises.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–8 years of experience building or securing products
- • Strong background and passion in trust, safety, authentication, security, or privacy
- • Proven ability to take ownership of ambiguous problems in fast-moving, unstructured environments with a bias toward action
