📋 Description

• Design and implement complex, multi-file software engineering tasks focused on bug resolution, feature implementation, refactoring, and migration in production-like environments
• Write clear, precise natural-language specifications that accurately define coding problems and expected outcomes for AI training purposes
• Develop and extend comprehensive unit and integration test suites using frameworks such as pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, or Go testing to validate code correctness and robustness
• Create realistic reference implementations that serve as authoritative solutions to the designed coding tasks, ensuring alignment with specifications and expected outputs
• Review peer-generated coding tasks for correctness, clarity, realism, and adherence to production standards, identifying edge cases, ambiguities, and potential failure modes
• Ensure strict alignment between task specifications, reference code, and test coverage to guarantee consistency and reliability in AI training data
• Navigate and analyze large, complex multi-file codebases to identify structural issues, performance bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization
• Conduct thorough code reviews of peer submissions, providing structured, actionable feedback on code quality, design patterns, and adherence to best practices
• Engineer realistic software engineering scenarios that mirror real-world developer challenges encountered in enterprise-scale systems
• Maintain high standards of code quality through refactoring, modularization, and removal of technical debt in both designed tasks and reference implementations
• Independently manage time and deliverables within project-based timelines, ensuring all artifacts meet quality benchmarks for AI model training
• Operate autonomously in a remote, project-based consulting environment with full control over schedule and tooling
• Contribute to multiple projects concurrently, subject to the constraints and permissions of other external vendors or employers
• Generate validation artifacts that demonstrate complete and correct functionality across all defined test cases and implementation requirements
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI lab teams to refine task quality and improve the realism of training datasets through iterative feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced professional written proficiency in English
• 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go
• Backend or full-stack development experience in production systems
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, Go testing)
• Proven ability to debug and navigate large, multi-file codebases
