📋 Description

• Design and implement complex, multi-file coding tasks centered on real-world software engineering scenarios including bug resolution, feature implementation, refactoring, and migration across production systems.
• Write clear, precise natural-language specifications that define problem scope, expected behavior, and constraints for software tasks intended for AI training.
• Develop and extend comprehensive unit and integration test suites using frameworks such as pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, or Go testing to validate correctness and edge case handling.
• Create reference implementations that serve as authoritative examples of correct, high-quality code solving the designed tasks, ensuring alignment with specifications and industry best practices.
• Review peer-generated coding tasks for technical accuracy, clarity, realism, and pedagogical value, identifying ambiguities, logical flaws, and potential failure modes in both problem statements and solutions.
• Evaluate peer submissions against reference implementations and test suites to assess code quality, correctness, readability, and adherence to defined requirements.
• Identify and document edge cases, undefined behaviors, and subtle bugs that challenge AI model reasoning and code understanding capabilities.
• Ensure consistency between task specifications, reference code, and associated test artifacts to produce reliable, production-realistic training data for AI systems.
• Maintain high standards of code quality through systematic refactoring, clean architecture, and adherence to established coding conventions in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and optionally Java, C#, or Go.
• Collaborate asynchronously with a distributed team of software engineering experts to iteratively improve the quality and diversity of coding tasks used in AI model evaluation.
• Work independently on a project-based schedule, managing own time and deliverables without direct supervision while meeting defined quality benchmarks for each task.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in task design methodology, including evolving standards for realism, difficulty grading, and evaluation criteria across software domains.
• Maintain professional written proficiency in English to produce error-free, unambiguous specifications, feedback, and documentation for international AI research teams.
• Utilize personal development tools and environments to complete all work; no company-provided equipment or software is provided.
• Simultaneously engage with other vendors or employers, provided such activities comply with those entities’ policies and do not conflict with confidentiality or exclusivity obligations from Anyone AI.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced professional written proficiency in English
• 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go
• Backend or full-stack development experience in production systems
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, Go testing)
• Proven ability to debug and navigate large, multi-file codebases
