📋 Description

• Software Engineering AI Trainer role focused on designing and evaluating realistic software engineering tasks for a leading AI lab project, contributing to the advancement of AI training data quality.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include designing multi-file coding tasks (bug fixing, feature development, refactoring, testing), writing natural-language specifications and reference implementations, developing unit and integration test suites, reviewing peer submissions for correctness and clarity, identifying edge cases, and ensuring alignment between specifications, code, and expected outputs.
• Anyone AI Inc. is a remote-first company collaborating with top AI labs to improve AI model training through expert human-in-the-loop contributions, leveraging a global network of skilled software engineers.
• This role offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in software engineering best practices, influence AI training data quality, work on diverse and complex coding scenarios, and gain experience in task design and peer evaluation within an innovative AI development pipeline.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced professional written proficiency in English
• 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go
• Backend or full‑stack development experience in production systems
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, Go testing)
• Proven ability to debug and navigate large, multi‑file codebases
• Experience with code reviews, refactoring, and production migrations
