- • As a Software Engineering Co-op at Achievers Corporation, you will be treated as a full team member from day one, contributing to meaningful projects that impact the employee recognition and engagement platform used by over 4 million users across 190 countries.
- • Day to day, you will work on complex and challenging software engineering tasks under the guidance of experienced engineering leaders, receiving comprehensive onboarding, mentorship, and opportunities to grow your technical skills in a hybrid environment (Tuesday & Thursday in Liberty Village, Toronto).
- • You will join a fun-loving, passionate, and highly collaborative engineering team that values technical excellence, innovation, learning from failure, and rapid adaptation to change.
- • Through this role, you will gain hands-on experience in software development, deepen your understanding of scalable platforms, and build a strong foundation for a full-time career — with many co-ops returning for multiple terms and receiving full-time offers after graduation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field)
- • Available for the September–December 2026 co-op term
- • Ability to work hybrid schedule: in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays in Liberty Village, Toronto
- • Strong foundation in software engineering principles and programming concepts
- • Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to impactful projects
- • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
