- • Software Project Coordinator for a 12-month maternity leave contract at Marketcircle Inc., a certified Great Place to Work developing the award-winning Daylite app for the Apple ecosystem, used by thousands of businesses in 80+ countries.
- • Day to day responsibilities include creating and maintaining project plans, managing deliverables, and ensuring an effective and efficient Software Development Life Cycle to enable on-time delivery of high-quality products.
- • The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders across the organization to deliver organizational projects on time, including those outside of software development.
- • Marketcircle fosters a workplace culture rooted in creativity, ownership, kaizen, empathy, and teamwork, offering an exceptional environment where the coordinator will contribute to empowering small business owners to manage their businesses more effectively.
- • In this role, the person will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end project coordination within a software development context, develop stakeholder management skills, and contribute to meaningful product releases that impact users globally.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in a software or technology environment.
- • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to create and maintain detailed project plans and track deliverables.
- • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- • Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies.
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure timely delivery of projects.
