- ⢠The Software Support Specialist (Temporary) role at Compassion International supports the technical infrastructure behind child development program monitoring, enabling the organization to measure and improve its global impact in releasing children from poverty in Jesusā name.
- ⢠Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining software applications through simple coding, testing, and documentation; supporting application development by creating VS Code configurations and providing technical assistance; following program logic for new or existing applications; testing output; identifying process improvements; and contributing to cross-functional teams focused on data process, data governance, and application systems.
- ⢠The role is part of a mission-driven team working closely with data monitoring specialists and data engineers to ensure technology tools effectively support Compassionās child development programs across global operations.
- ⢠In this entry-level, one-year temporary remote position, the individual will gain hands-on experience in software support, application lifecycle processes, version control, and data-informed workflows while contributing to meaningful humanitarian technology initiatives.

- ⢠Bachelorās Degree in a related field
- ⢠No prior experience required beyond the minimum education requirement
- ⢠Ability to maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and uphold Compassionās ministry values in conduct and attitude
