- • Independently sets up and installs technical systems, applications, and process designs for clients’ purchased or outsourced technology and business process solutions.
- • Serves as a senior team member supporting clients with initial system access, data mapping and transfer, process documentation creation, and coordination of user training.
- • Troubleshoots client issues using configuration reviews, debug logs, and Chrome developer tools.
- • Demonstrates advanced understanding of Salesforce declarative automation and data integrity tools to configure and extend nCino’s platform.
- • Articulates proposed solutions for or against customization based on client needs and implementation effort.
- • Configures nCino product features in alignment with end-user requirements and relative level of effort (LOE).
- • Understands and communicates challenges related to environment strategy and promotion workflows.
- • Recommends optimal extensions to the nCino data model to enhance functionality and scalability.
- • Proposes solutions leveraging Salesforce and nCino UX and security mechanisms to meet business requirements.
- • Conducts quality control and testing of nCino features to ensure system integrity and performance.
- • Proficiently utilizes complementary Salesforce tools to support configuration and deployment tasks.
- • Exhibits competent understanding of common integration patterns and methodologies.
- • Applies DevOps practices to streamline deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of client solutions.
- • Promotes cross-team collaboration to deliver effective product configurations focused on end-user success.
- • Encourages continuous learning and defines personalized development paths to support career growth.
- • Leverages AI tools and techniques to automate routine tasks, improve accuracy, reduce errors, and enhance operational efficiency.
- • Uses AI-driven insights to refine decision-making, elevate customer experience, and increase team productivity.

- • Stays informed on emerging AI advancements to identify scalable growth opportunities and maintain technical relevance.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years with a Master’s/Advanced degree; or equivalent work experience
- • 4+ years of Salesforce.com architecture experience
- • Salesforce App Builder and Salesforce Administrator Certifications
- • Experience with analysis, definition, and implementation of Solution, Information, Technical, and Application Architecture-based solutions
- • Knowledge or experience with various data encryption methods
- • Passion for delivering high-quality solutions to banking customers with full commitment to the role
