📋 Description

• Independently sets up and installs technical systems, applications, and process designs for client-purchased or outsourced technology and business process solutions.
• Serves as a senior team member supporting clients with initial system access, data mapping and transfer, process documentation creation, and coordination of client user training.
• Troubleshoots client issues using configuration reviews, debug logs, and Chrome developer tools to identify and resolve technical problems.
• Demonstrates advanced understanding of Salesforce declarative automation and data integrity tools to configure and extend nCino platform functionality.
• Articulates clear recommendations for or against customizations based on platform capabilities, effort, and client needs.
• Configures nCino product features in alignment with end-user requirements and relative level of effort (LOE).
• Understands and communicates challenges related to environment strategy, promotion, and deployment workflows.
• Recommends optimal extensions to the nCino data model to enhance system scalability and functionality.
• Proposes solutions leveraging Salesforce and nCino UX and security mechanisms to meet business and compliance requirements.
• Conducts quality control and testing of nCino features to ensure accuracy, performance, and reliability.
• Proficiently utilizes complementary Salesforce tools to support configuration, deployment, and integration tasks.
• Exhibits competent understanding of common integration patterns and technologies used with nCino and Salesforce ecosystems.
• Applies DevOps principles and practices to streamline deployment, version control, and environment management.
• Promotes cross-team collaboration to deliver effective product configurations focused on end-user success.
• Encourages continuous learning by defining personalized development paths that support career growth and technical mastery.
• Leverages AI tools and techniques to automate routine tasks, improve accuracy, reduce errors, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Uses AI-driven insights to refine decision-making, elevate customer experience, and increase team productivity while ensuring measurable business value.
• Stays informed on emerging AI advancements to identify scalable growth opportunities and drive innovation in solution delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years with a Master’s/Advanced degree; or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of Salesforce.com architecture experience
• Salesforce App Builder and Salesforce Administrator Certifications
• Experience with analysis, definition, and implementation of Solution, Information, Technical, and Application Architecture-based solutions
• Knowledge or experience with various data encryption methods
• Passion for delivering high-quality solutions to banking customers with full commitment to the mission
