• • Within this dynamic environment, the Solution Architecture team plays a pivotal role in orchestrating complex enterprise transformations across critical domains such as cloud platforms, digital commerce, data, and artificial intelligence. We collaborate closely with delivery teams, engineers, and client stakeholders to architect scalable, secure, and future-proof platforms, often within highly regulated and high-impact business contexts. Our teams operate on a global scale, fostering collaboration across diverse technology ecosystems including AWS, frontend engineering, Salesforce, data platforms, and AI-enabled solutions.
• • We are actively seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join our ranks. This pivotal role is designed to assume end-to-end ownership of technical solution design, encompassing AWS infrastructure, headless frontend architecture, and intricate data integration workstreams. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring that our deployed systems are not only scalable, secure, and performant but also strategically aligned with both immediate Minimum Viable Product (MVP) delivery objectives and long-term platform evolution strategies. This position demands a robust consulting background, a high degree of comfort operating within ambiguous environments, and the proven ability to translate complex business objectives into clear, actionable technical designs that can be effectively executed across multiple cross-functional teams.
• • Key responsibilities for this role include:
• • Owning the end-to-end solution architecture across critical technology layers: AWS infrastructure, headless frontend development (specifically leveraging React and Next.js), and comprehensive data and integration layers.
• • Designing and architecting platforms that strike an optimal balance between the rapid delivery required for MVPs and the long-term considerations of scalability, robust security, and ease of maintainability.
• • Providing essential architectural leadership for high-traffic, consumer-facing web applications hosted on AWS, with a focus on optimizing hosting strategies, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, performance tuning, security best practices, and effective observability.
• • Leading critical frontend architecture decisions, with a keen eye on Search Engine Optimization (SEO), performance optimization techniques, and the seamless integration of API-driven functionalities.
• • Designing and orchestrating complex integration solutions across various APIs, middleware components, and third-party systems within distributed enterprise environments.
• • Defining robust data architectures and efficient reporting pipelines, including the implementation of Snowflake-based analytics solutions and the development of cloud-native data flows.
• • Collaborating closely with delivery teams on the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI (GenAI) use cases, including the design of agentic AI workflows, decision automation processes, and the integration of AI-enabled capabilities into core platforms.
• • Ensuring seamless alignment of Salesforce Commerce (both B2C and B2B, including headless implementations) and broader Salesforce platform integrations with custom-built architectures, while respecting Salesforce's inherent constraints and best practices.
• • Partnering effectively with engineering teams, external vendors, and diverse stakeholder groups to drive consensus on architectural trade-offs and ensure successful delivery outcomes.
• • Acting as a proactive and insightful thought partner, consistently identifying opportunities for technological innovation, process simplification, and accelerated delivery timelines.
