- • As a Solution Architect at Semperis, you will be an integral part of our Customer Success Technical Delivery team, playing a pivotal role in ensuring our clients successfully leverage our cutting-edge security and identity products. Your expertise will bridge the gap between complex technical solutions and our customers' strategic business objectives, particularly in the post-sale phase.
- • You will be instrumental in translating customer needs into robust technical solutions, ensuring that the security and identity products we offer align perfectly with their business and technical goals. This involves deep dives into client environments to understand their unique challenges and opportunities.
- • A core responsibility will be leading the technical aspects of production deployments within customer environments. This encompasses designing the deployment architecture, providing critical technical assistance throughout the implementation process, and proactively troubleshooting and resolving any configuration issues that may arise to ensure a seamless integration.
- • You will be expected to possess a strong understanding of and ability to troubleshoot client Windows Server OS and Active Directory environments. This expertise is crucial for identifying and resolving any underlying system issues that could impact the deployment or performance of Semperis products.
- • Post-deployment, your role will extend to providing dedicated technical support to our customers. This ensures ongoing satisfaction and operational efficiency, reinforcing Semperis' commitment to long-term client success and product value realization.
- • A key function will be to effectively convey and document technical requirements, acting as a crucial conduit between our customers and our internal teams. This involves clearly articulating customer needs to product and engineering, and conversely, explaining technical capabilities and solutions to clients.
- • You will provide invaluable input and feedback to our engineering and development teams, based on your direct experience with customer deployments and challenges. This feedback loop is essential for driving product innovation and continuous improvement.
- • Maintaining an expert-level knowledge of Semperis products is paramount. You will continuously develop and present unique solutions tailored to specific customer scenarios, staying ahead of the curve in how our offerings can best solve complex security and identity challenges.
- • Furthermore, you will be expected to maintain a keen awareness of emerging trends and advancements in related technology areas, particularly within cybersecurity, identity management, and cloud infrastructure, to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry.
- • This role demands a strong customer-facing orientation, requiring you to build rapport, communicate effectively, and instill confidence in our clients regarding their technical solutions and our support.
- • You will leverage your deep understanding of Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID to design and implement secure, scalable, and resilient identity solutions for our enterprise clients.
- • Your experience with Linux (Ubuntu & Red Hat) and Kubernetes will be vital for supporting deployments in diverse technical landscapes.
- • You will also apply your knowledge of cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, and GCP to architect solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing cloud infrastructure.
- • The ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences will be a key differentiator in this role.
- • You will contribute to the overall success of the Customer Success team by ensuring technical excellence in every client engagement, fostering strong customer relationships, and driving product adoption and satisfaction.
