• • Architect the future of data-driven manufacturing. As a Data & AI Solution Architect at MCA Connect, you will own the end-to-end technical vision for enterprise-scale analytics and AI initiatives that transform how our manufacturing clients compete and win. You will translate complex business challenges into elegant, scalable Azure-based solutions that unlock actionable insights and measurable ROI.
• • Lead pre-sales and discovery. Partner with account executives to shape deals from the first call through statement of work. You will map client pain points to MCA Connect’s Microsoft-centric service portfolio, craft high-impact demos, and build defensible estimates that win six- and seven-figure engagements.
• • Design resilient, future-proof architectures. Create reference architectures that span Azure Synapse, Delta Lake, Spark, ADF, Power BI Premium, and emerging AI services. Your blueprints will balance security, performance, cost, and governance while enabling real-time streaming, batch processing, and self-service analytics.
• • Drive delivery excellence. Own the technical backlog, sprint planning, and release management for multi-disciplinary teams of data engineers, BI developers, and data scientists. You will enforce coding standards, lead design reviews, and ensure every deliverable meets MCA Connect’s quality bar and client expectations.
• • Champion data governance and master data management. Establish policies, standards, and tooling that ensure data is accurate, trusted, and compliant. You will define data catalogs, lineage, and quality monitoring that scale across global manufacturing operations.
• • Mentor and elevate talent. Coach junior architects and engineers through pair-programming, brown-bag sessions, and formal training paths. Your guidance will accelerate their growth and strengthen MCA Connect’s bench of Microsoft-certified experts.
• • Innovate continuously. Evaluate new Azure services, open-source frameworks, and industry best practices. You will run proof-of-concepts, publish internal playbooks, and present findings at Microsoft and industry events to keep MCA Connect at the forefront of data & AI innovation.
• • Own client relationships. Serve as the trusted technical advisor to CIOs, CDOs, and plant managers. You will translate executive vision into phased roadmaps, manage scope and risk, and ensure every release delivers tangible business value.
• • Optimize performance and cost. Conduct performance tuning, capacity planning, and cost optimization across cloud data platforms. Your recommendations will reduce total cost of ownership while improving SLAs and user satisfaction.
• • Travel up to 10% to client sites, Microsoft Technology Centers, and MCA Connect hubs for workshops, executive briefings, and team collaboration.
