📋 Description

• As a French Speaking Enterprise Solution Architect at Fivetran, you will serve as a critical liaison between customers, Product, and Engineering teams, ensuring seamless onboarding, implementation, and long-term adoption of Fivetran’s data pipeline platform. Your role directly supports the company’s mission to make data access as simple and reliable as electricity by enabling organizations to become truly data-driven through expert solution design and hands-on technical execution.
• You will manage end-to-end customer engagements focused on implementation, adoption, and expansion of Fivetran’s platform, delivering solution designs aligned with both customer needs and Fivetran’s best practices. This includes installation, configuration, and development work across diverse data sources (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, Kafka, S3) and targets (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery), while leveraging container technologies like Docker/Podman and Kubernetes, and utilizing SQL, Python, bash, or PowerShell for automation and integration tasks.
• You will collaborate closely with the wider Account team, Product, and Engineering to translate customer feedback into feature requests and product improvements, while also supporting Marketing through event participation and speaking opportunities, and contributing to internal process enhancements that improve stakeholder experience across the organization.
• Fivetran’s Professional Services team operates with a strong emphasis on relationship-building and advocacy, turning power-users into champions of the platform. You will join a multi-talented, geographically dispersed team across Europe, where regular in-person business reviews foster cohesion, alignment, and personal connection — ensuring you’re never working in isolation despite the remote nature of the role.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in both French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with French-speaking customers and internal global teams.
• Proven experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or customer-facing engineering roles, with demonstrated ability to own end-to-end customer project delivery from discovery through implementation and adoption.
• Hands-on experience with data integration technologies, including working with major data sources (databases, SaaS apps, event streams, file systems) and data targets (cloud data warehouses and lakes), along with proficiency in SQL, Python, bash/PowerShell, and containerization tools (Docker/Podman, Kubernetes).
