- • Solution Architect for Power Platform at Concentrix, responsible for evaluating and implementing performance and stability enhancements within Power Platform, aligning system functionality with client business objectives through customer-driven configuration and customization.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing, troubleshooting, and maintaining solutions across Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, and other Power Platform components; integrating data from Dataverse and external systems; configuring custom Connectors; administering and supporting enterprise Power Platform environments; establishing and managing a Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE); delivering technical training; and resolving complex architectural challenges through analytical and collaborative skills.
- • Concentrix is a global leader in customer experience and technology solutions, serving clients across industries with innovative digital transformation services. The role operates in a remote-first model with team members based in Romania, Poland, or the Czech Republic, requiring fluent English for customer and stakeholder engagement.
- • The role offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in enterprise Power Platform architecture, governance, and ALM practices; lead CoE initiatives; influence client digital transformation strategies; and stay current with modern engineering tools and methodologies, including AI Builder and Copilot Studio.
🎯 Requirements
- • Fluent English language skills for business and technical customer conversations and workshops
- • 10-15 years of experience in cloud technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, system architecture, or equivalent
- • Strong proficiency in developing, troubleshooting, and maintaining solutions in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, and other Power Platform components
- • Advanced knowledge of Power Platform enterprise architecture, including Dataverse integration, custom Connectors, governance, CoE establishment, and ALM via solutions and pipelines
- • Strong communication skills to engage technical stakeholders and business decision makers
- • Demonstrated ability to deliver technical training and resolve complex Power Apps issues through analytical and collaborative skills
- • Experience in customer-facing roles
- • Commitment to staying updated on modern engineering practices and tools
