  • • As a Solution Architect specializing in Revenue Cloud at Gem.com, Inc., you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing transformative Salesforce solutions for our diverse clientele. This remote-first role, open to candidates across the United States, empowers you to leverage your deep expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RCA, CPQ, and Billing) to architect scalable, visionary strategies that drive best-in-class business outcomes for our customers.
  • • You will serve as a critical liaison, bridging the gap between our clients' business and technology stakeholders and the Gem.com implementation teams. Your primary responsibility will be to translate complex client requirements into robust, elegant Salesforce architectures, ensuring that the designed solutions not only meet but exceed defined acceptance criteria.
  • • This role demands a proactive and consultative approach. You will lead client architecture initiatives from their initial conception through to successful completion. This involves deep collaboration with business users to understand their unique challenges and objectives, and then translating those insights into a cohesive and effective Salesforce architecture that aligns perfectly with their strategic goals.
  • • Beyond design, you will be instrumental in governing the execution of implementation deliverables, ensuring adherence to best practices in solution design, documentation, and overall guidelines. You will partner closely with the Capability Lead to champion and uphold these standards across all projects.
  • • Your expertise will be sought after as a technical subject matter expert. You will engage with business users, providing invaluable CRM domain knowledge and offering insightful analysis of business and technology landscapes. Crucially, you will be empowered to challenge existing points of view when necessary, guiding clients towards optimal solutions that leverage the full potential of the Salesforce platform.
  • • A key aspect of this role is championing the adoption of reusable architecture assets. You will actively contribute to Gem.com's growing library of solutions and accelerators, enhancing efficiency and consistency across projects. This involves not only identifying opportunities for reuse but also actively contributing to the development and refinement of these assets.
  • • You will play a vital role in mentoring and developing talent within the Revenue Cloud practice. This includes providing guidance and support to Revenue Cloud CPQ Consultants and other junior members of the Gem.com team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • • The ideal candidate possesses a strong consulting background within the Salesforce partner ecosystem, with a proven track record of leading complex, enterprise-level projects specifically within Revenue Cloud. You should be comfortable architecting solutions independently and possess a comprehensive understanding of the broader Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass leading client architecture initiatives, conducting thorough business and technology analysis, and providing deep CRM domain expertise. You will be responsible for the overall Revenue Cloud solution design and implementation, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • • You will be expected to produce high-quality documentation that clearly articulates existing architecture solutions, facilitating knowledge transfer and ongoing system understanding. 🎯 Requirements

  • • 4-6 years of consulting experience within the Salesforce partner consulting ecosystem.
  • • 2 years of experience leading projects as a Solution Architect specifically within Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RCA, CPQ, Billing), with demonstrable capability in architecting solutions independently for a variety of clients, including complex enterprise engagements.
  • • Significant knowledge of Salesforce's suite of products (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) and comprehensive knowledge of software, application, and platform architectures.
  • • Strong understanding of business processes, process documentation, and process improvement skills, coupled with working knowledge of business modeling, governance, and operations.
  • • Required Salesforce Certifications: CPQ Specialist and Revenue Cloud Accredited Professional.
