- • As a Solution Consultant II at Bullhorn, you will play a pivotal role in driving successful sales outcomes by demonstrating the value of Bullhorn’s recruitment technology solutions to prospective clients, leveraging your expertise in front and middle office operations and Salesforce to build trusted advisor relationships and guide clients through complex decision-making processes.
- • Day to day, you will lead discovery sessions to uncover client business challenges and technical requirements, design and deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations for diverse audiences including C-level executives, develop persuasive RFP/RFI responses, collaborate with sales teams on account strategy and opportunity qualification, partner with product and engineering to provide market feedback, and stay current with industry trends and competitive landscapes to ensure solutions remain differentiated and client-focused.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in recruitment technology domains, refine your consultative selling and presentation skills, gain influence over product roadmap through client feedback, and position yourself for advancement into senior presales, solution architecture, or sales leadership roles within Bullhorn’s expanding global organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- • 3+ years of proven experience in a client-facing presales Solutions Consultant or similar role within a technology company
- • Demonstratable expertise in middle and front office recruitment operations and associated business processes
- • Strong practical knowledge of Salesforce functionality and its application in enterprise environments; Salesforce certifications are a significant plus
- • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- • Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with prospective clients
- • Strong consulting and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying client needs and mapping them to solution capabilities
- • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- • Willingness to travel as required to client sites (approximately 20% of the time)
