- • As a Solution Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our client engagement strategy, working in tandem with our dynamic Sales and Customer Success teams. Your primary focus will be on both pre-sales technical consultations and the critical onboarding phase for new clients. This multifaceted role demands a deep understanding of our platform's capabilities and the ability to translate client needs into tangible technical solutions. You will be instrumental in demonstrating the value of FundraiseUp through compelling software demonstrations, meticulously responding to complex RFPs and RFIs, and architecting proposals that address and overcome technical challenges.
- • A key aspect of your role will involve crafting customized solutions that precisely align with each client's unique requirements. This includes project managing the entire onboarding process for new enterprise clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition onto our platform. You will leverage your expertise to conduct A/B tests, analyze performance data, and provide actionable best practices that directly contribute to our clients’ revenue growth and fundraising success. Your insights will be crucial in helping our partners optimize their online giving strategies and achieve their financial goals.
- • To excel in this position, you will need a robust understanding of modern web and marketing systems, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, web infrastructure, web analytics tools, data management principles, and compliance standards. Experience with integrations between various software systems is also essential. You will be the technical bridge between FundraiseUp and our diverse clientele, interacting with stakeholders across various departments, including IT, marketing, fundraising operations, finance, and executive leadership. Therefore, exceptional consultative communication skills, patience, and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences are paramount.

- • Actively engaging in presales and onboarding activities, ensuring successful implementations and exceptional customer satisfaction for our large, complex enterprise clients.
- • Collaborating closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to devise and execute strategies that drive significant revenue growth for both FundraiseUp and our clients.
- • Serving as a vital conduit between our clients and our Product teams, ensuring that valuable customer feedback is systematically incorporated into our product development roadmap.
- • Working cross-functionally with other internal teams, including Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Support, to ensure seamless alignment and the successful execution of client projects.
- • Developing and nurturing strong, lasting relationships with key customer stakeholders, extending up to C-level executives.
- • Demonstrating a proven ability to manage high-stress situations and perform effectively under pressure, adeptly juggling numerous active implementations concurrently.
- • Expertly responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) with comprehensive and compelling technical and strategic solutions.
- • Leading and executing A/B tests for customers in close partnership with our dedicated Analytics team, providing data-driven insights for optimization.
- • Architecting and clearly communicating the optimal technical solution to prospects, existing customers, and internal team members, ensuring clarity and buy-in.
