• • In this critical role, you will be instrumental in delivering swift, dependable, and API-driven integrations tailored for our mid-market clientele. Your primary responsibility will be to translate complex business workflows into robust, repeatable technical solutions. You will forge strong partnerships with our Sales and Customer Success teams, ensuring that our customers receive best-in-class integration experiences that foster deep adoption and long-term success with the Choco platform.
• • Your day-to-day will involve the comprehensive design, development, and deployment of integrations that seamlessly connect Choco's ecosystem with diverse customer systems. You will expertly utilize low-code integration platforms, such as n8n, to build efficient and scalable solutions. This role demands end-to-end ownership of integration projects, guiding them from the initial discovery phase through successful go-live and into ongoing optimization and improvement.
• • A key aspect of your contribution will be supporting pre-sales engagements. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives, providing essential technical insights and expertise to articulate the value and feasibility of our integration capabilities to prospective clients. This consultative approach is vital in building trust and demonstrating Choco's technical prowess.
• • Beyond initial deployment, you will be responsible for the ongoing troubleshooting and maintenance of these integrations. Ensuring their reliability, performance, and stability is paramount to customer satisfaction and the overall success of our platform. You will act as a technical guardian, proactively identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
• • This position necessitates close collaboration across multiple internal teams. You will work hand-in-hand with Customer Success to ensure smooth transitions and ongoing client satisfaction, with the Implementation team to streamline deployment processes, and with the Product team to provide valuable feedback and insights that inform future development. This cross-functional synergy is key to our integrated approach.
• • As we scale our integration delivery capabilities globally, you will be instrumental in defining and sharing best practices. Your experience and learnings will contribute to building a robust, scalable framework for integration solutions worldwide, helping to establish Choco as a leader in seamless B2B food tech integrations.
