  • • The Solution Engineer role at AppViewX is a pivotal position designed to bridge the gap between technical expertise and sales execution. This role is critical for driving revenue growth by providing deep technical knowledge, crafting tailored solutions, and ensuring seamless customer engagement across North America. As the primary technical resource for the sales team, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s success by enabling customers to understand and adopt complex B2B solutions in cloud computing, enterprise software, and cybersecurity.   • • **What the person will do day to day:**
  • • **Technical Sales & Support:** Act as the go-to technical expert for the sales team, delivering product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements. You will address technical questions, overcome objections, and lead deep-dive meetings to explain complex architectures and integration strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • • **Customer Engagement & Strategy:** Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer business requirements and technical environments. You will architect and propose solutions that align with customer needs, develop technical sales campaigns, and contribute to the creation of sales proposals, RFPs, and RFIs. This includes ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with customer expectations.
  • • **Market & Product Feedback:** Gather and synthesize customer technical requirements and market feedback, then communicate these insights to Product Management and Engineering teams. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and product developments to maintain a competitive edge. Additionally, you will develop and maintain technical sales materials, such as demo scripts, presentations, and best-practice guides.
  • • **Travel & Collaboration:** Travel internationally as needed to meet with customers, attend industry events, and support regional sales efforts. This role requires working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, geographically distributed team environment.
  • • **Solution Architecture:** Translate customer business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring that proposed architectures meet both functional and non-functional needs. This includes explaining integration strategies and demonstrating how AppViewX’s solutions can solve specific customer challenges.
  • • **Performance & Metrics:** Operate within a performance-oriented culture with clear expectations and transparent metrics. Your success will be measured by your ability to drive revenue growth, manage the full sales cycle, and expand the company’s footprint in the North American market.
