• As a Solution Lead, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering cutting-edge marketing technology solutions for our diverse clientele. This pivotal role requires a blend of deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional client-facing skills. You will be the trusted advisor, guiding clients through complex technology landscapes and architecting solutions that address their unique business challenges and strategic objectives.
• Your primary responsibility will be to lead the design, development, and implementation of bespoke marketing technology solutions. This involves understanding client needs at a granular level, translating business requirements into robust technical specifications, and overseeing the entire solution lifecycle from conception to deployment and ongoing optimization.
• You will engage directly with clients, building strong relationships and fostering trust through clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and a deep understanding of their business context. This includes conducting discovery sessions, presenting solution designs, facilitating workshops, and providing ongoing strategic guidance to ensure client success and satisfaction.
• A key aspect of this role is to act as a technical authority and thought leader within the marketing technology space. You will stay abreast of the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, bringing this knowledge to bear in your solution designs and client recommendations. You will be expected to evangelize innovative approaches and help clients navigate the ever-evolving MarTech ecosystem.
• You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including project managers, developers, data analysts, and other consultants, to ensure seamless project execution and the delivery of high-quality, integrated solutions. This cross-functional teamwork is essential for translating complex strategies into tangible, successful outcomes.
• Responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of solution leadership, including but not limited to:
• Leading client discovery workshops to elicit and document business and technical requirements.
• Architecting end-to-end marketing technology solutions, encompassing platforms such as CRM, CDP, marketing automation, analytics, and content management systems.
• Developing detailed solution designs, including data flows, integration strategies, and technical specifications.
• Overseeing the implementation and configuration of marketing technology platforms, ensuring alignment with architectural blueprints.
• Providing technical leadership and mentorship to project teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Conducting solution reviews and quality assurance checks to ensure adherence to best practices and client expectations.
• Developing and delivering compelling presentations and proposals to prospective and existing clients.
• Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services based on client needs and strategic goals.
• Contributing to the development of Stitch's intellectual property, including best practices, reusable assets, and thought leadership content.
• Managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring effective communication across all levels of the client organization.

• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and lead cross-functional teams in their delivery.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with a track record of building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders at various levels.
